Sexual Harassment electronic Box - SHe-Box, is an effort of the Government of India to provide a single window access to every woman, irrespective of her work status, whether working in organised or unorganised, private or public sector, to facilitate the registration of complaint related to sexual harassment.
At MahaIT, we too have created a SHe-Box where any woman facing sexual harassment at workplace can register a complaint. We prioritize the safety, dignity, and well-being of all our employees. We are committed to providing a workplace free from any form of sexual harassment, where everyone is treated with respect and equality. In this connection, Maha-IT has constituted an Internal Complaints Committee - ICC having following members –
We understand the sensitivity of sexual harassment cases. All complaints and investigations will be treated with strict confidentiality to the extent possible, while ensuring a fair and thorough process
If you experience or witness any incident of sexual harassment, it is essential to report it promptly. You can report the incident by or you can contact the I.C.C. members on given contact details in above chart. We encourage open communication and assure you that your complaint will be taken seriously.
Upon receiving a complaint, I.C.C. of MahaIT will initiate a thorough and impartial investigation. The investigation will be conducted in a confidential manner, respecting the privacy of all parties involved. The company will take appropriate action based on the findings of the investigation.
We prohibit any form of retaliation against individuals who report incidents of sexual harassment in good faith. Retaliation against complainants or witnesses will be considered a serious violation of company policy and will be dealt with accordingly.
